Updated working hours starting form 21/07/24

My diary has been pretty congested for a few months now so this should hopefully open it back up a bit

My cancellation policy (as per the consultation agreement) has always been 24 hrs for cancelling/resheduling appointments. Recently I have been getting a fair amount of clients messaging me at the last minute asking to reschedule. This leads to a loss of income for myself and also congests my diary more leading to me having to open up extra appointments (on my days/hours off). I accept illness/emergencies can't be helped and I will always be as flexible as I can be. This is just a gentle reminder of my policy.

As always I can't thank everyone enough for keeping me so busy. I get so much out of this "job" and I do feel very lucky to have found a career which fuffils me so much❤️
