I bloody did it! 🙌🏻 10 months of self study, tutorials, assignments and exams whilst working full time and that’s me officially received the certificate for my Professional Diploma in Dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland. I won’t say it was easy, there were definitely points when I didn’t think I’d manage (sitting my final exam 2 days after Lori’s funeral being incredibly difficult). However, I’m absolutely thrilled to have stuck it out and now have another feather to add to my cap. It’s made me realise that I actually really love learning, especially in subjects that will help my day to day practice. Although I’ll not be your replacement for a dermatologist referral where needed, I am now in a much better position to offer advice on many skin conditions and the effects they can have on the body. Let’s see what else 2025 has to offer! Is there anything you guys would like to see me offering? Xx
