Too often we can get stuck in our over thinking conscious mind, riddled with worry, doubts, fears and inner dialogue that can criticise and damage our inner beauty. But we can learn to break free from the negatives, embrace our higher self and live connected to our inner truths. When we live connected to, and embracing our thoughts, feelings and emotions, we begin to live more fully and deeply. We can make a choice, to live with feelings of love, happiness, joy and contentment, or feelings of pain, guilt or resentment. Join me, in choosing happiness each day, in manifesting more of what makes you happy into your life, and learn how we can bring our intentions into the universe and allow energy to continue the flow of abundance that is already within you.

Just a few things to remember today, whatever you want to achieve, feel or do this year is attainable with small positive steps.

Being consistent is key, and remember consistency is not the same as intensity.

So, don't give up on yourself! If you dropped your phone on the ground, you wouldn't stomp on it 10 times to makes sure it was broken - so don't keep stomping on your good intentions and positive actions when you make a mistake.

Mistakes are allowed, consistency is key and who you are is enough โ™ฅ

This is a great 2 minute exercise, which works best using a pen and paper. Taking time to write down (so it's in your own writing) and placing your note where you can see it, is a wonderful form of self encouragement.

Self-care encompasses your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and remember, you are the best judge of your own needs!

โ€ข So, what do you want more of in your life?
โ€ข What would you like to reduce?
โ€ข What small changes are you prepared to embrace?

Hereโ€™s something gentle and true to keep in mind.

Sometimes the hardest thing youโ€™ll do is simply keep moving when every part of you is tired and afraid of what's next.

But that steady, quiet persistence โ€” the choice to take one more step, even a small one โ€” is its own kind of courage.

And you donโ€™t have to feel strong to be brave., you don't need to know how things will turn out, you just have to try your best. Sometimes bravery is just refusing to stop.

It's something I'm working in doing more, and maybe it's just stubbornness ๐Ÿ˜‰ but I like to think its its persistence and courage. And I hope that hearing it today, helps you too if your in that place of taking a step in the right direction.

One of the biggest causes of stress my clients experience, is the pressure they put on themselves to "get it right", be the best, and be perfect.
Every time.
First time.

And although this is purely their own expectations, too often it's mingled with a fear of what other people think, and who they are expected to be.

When we try to live to someone else's expectations and standards, or our own unrealistic ones, we are pushing ourselves further away from joy and happiness.

Learning to release thoughts that no serve no positive purpose and connect to our true self and our boundaries, end even our accomplishments and day to day wins - is what brings us back to happiness โค

Meditating, and taking a few minutes to be mindful, is one of the rare opportunities we give ourselves that allows us to step away from our critical mind, and into a much more compassionate and loving mindset.

So if you are someone, who like me, can get frustrated when things aren't happening as I planned - remember that you can do anything - but not everything! And actually, your doing ok.
