Too often we can get stuck in our over thinking conscious mind, riddled with worry, doubts, fears and inner dialogue that can criticise and damage our inner beauty. But we can learn to break free from the negatives, embrace our higher self and live connected to our inner truths. When we live connected to, and embracing our thoughts, feelings and emotions, we begin to live more fully and deeply. We

can make a choice, to live with feelings of love, happiness, joy and contentment, or feelings of pain, guilt or resentment. Absolutely! It's time to show up for yourself ❤

A few years ago I was fortunate enough to hear an amazing talk about the power of your thoughts, and the main piece that I've taken, and still mentally come back to included, "you have enough against you in life already, don't be against yourself"

And it's so true! You have to brave enough to believe in yourself, and brave enough to fight your corner. Which can be scary because it means being brave enough to admit sometimes we get it wrong, and that's emotionally tough! But it's worth it, and it's what showing up for yourself is all about.

I really hope this post takes you forward, and I'm certain it will resonate with some people in all the right ways ☺

It may not feel like it, but the universe is rooting for you! And so am I ❤

It can be tricky to find any positives when life is getting you down so I as well as this reminder I thought I would share some simple steps to encourage more positive thoughts:

• Check yourself. Periodically during the day, stop and evaluate what you're thinking. If you find that your thoughts are mainly negative, try to find a way to put a positive spin on them.

• Be open to humor. Give yourself permission to smile or laugh, especially during difficult times. Seek humor in everyday happenings. When you can laugh at life, you feel less stressed.

• Practice positive self-talk. Start by following one simple rule - don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to anyone else. Be gentle and encouraging with yourself ❤

For those on a path right now - remember you can be both a masterpiece and a work in progress.

Self love doesn't need to wait till your slimmer, smarter or more organised. You don't need to wait till your doing more, finished that task or 'in better place' to be proud of yourself.

Self love happens now, because it's YOU - just as you are now, that will make things happen ❤

You are worthy of the love, kindness and compassion that you would so easily give to others - even as you discover more on your paths of change.

I spent several years steadily working with clients looking to address their healthy lifestyle and make healthy and positive changes that last.

And repeatedly we tackled the same mindset challenges that held people back from either losing weight or living a healthier lifestyle.

And I can tell you now, I have never had a client that was actually lazy (even if they said they were). The biggest blocks every clients faced was too much stress in their life, poor sleep and didn't believe they could make positive changes for themselves, ie. they felt they weren't good enough to make healthy changes.
