Did you know that 80% of skin ageing is caused by UV light exposure?

If there was one piece of advice I wish I was given when I was in my teens it would be to use a higher than SPF8 (that was usually the highest I used) on my body and face!!!

Protect your skin with a high SPF (25+) whenever going outside during daylight hours, even in winter.....you can thank me later 😎

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE

MLD stimulates the movement of lymph facilitating the removal of metabolic wastes, excess water, toxins and bacteria and has powerful cleansing, relaxing and pain relieving effects boosting the immune system helping the body to ward off illness.
