My Physiotherapy-led Post-Natal Pilates course is designed to help you move with confidence following childbirth, with exercises tailored to your recovery and long-term goals.
This programme is ideal if you are:
✅ Experiencing back or pelvic pain
✅ Managing abdominal separation
✅ Supporting pelvic floor recovery
✅ Preparing to return to running or high-impact exercise
Under close guidance from me, a qualified physiotherapist, you will work in a supportive environment to restore strength, improve function, and feel empowered in your body again.
👶 Babies are welcome – allowing you to focus on your recovery without needing to be apart.
