A Qigong for Health

New Qigong for Health session starting:

It offers a calm, nourishing introduction to a gentle movement practice designed to de-stress, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.

Through slow, mindful sequences we explore opening and nourishing the meridian pathways, breath-led movement, gentle strength, flexibility,
balance, and inner awareness.

Llandovery

Gwynfe
Gwynfe class from Tuesday 7th October at the Gwynfe Village Hall 4.30 to 6.pm.

Our Autumn Qigong journey is towards slowing down, breathing, and easing into a quiet mindfulness, simplicity and flow.
Making time to invite in a simpler way of living - a sense of balance, to combat the constant flurry of stimulation, stress and complexity.
You are invited to drop in to this session free to see if it’s for you.

We start with a seated mindfulness session and relaxation. Practising a gentle joint mobilisation sequence, some conditioning movements, slow breathing with qigong practices. Moving towards learning a simple flow sequence that we will add to and practice as we go through the term.

By the end of the Autumn term, we will have a completed flow form to practice for life, along with the principles and confidence needed to practice inside and outside our sessions.

HeARTworks next event.. Combining beautiful storytelling and song with Circle dancing to live music and with a Vegan food van. We also have some stalls which link the theme of abundance.
