It offers a calm, nourishing introduction to a gentle movement practice designed to de-stress, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.
Through slow, mindful sequences we explore opening and nourishing the meridian pathways, breath-led movement, gentle strength, flexibility,
balance, and inner awareness.
