A long term customer of Rob's was in need of topping all of his Cyprus Leylandii as they had lost a few to storms and there is a high use footpath running bellow them. Stems at 20ft where still 15 to 20 cm thick, with windblown horsechestnut causing issues. This job was beyond management to maintain good symetrical healthy Cyprus Leylandii, which the customer is aware of. They made the decision to safeguard the public at a low cost and leave stems for ivy and wildlife and create a habitat hedge with the brash to maintain a boarder.

Yet again rubbish at taking before photos. However a nice little hedge reduction in Llangadog today in the sunshine. Completed for a customer who was running out of room on the garden path with the hedge being so overgrown. Eyes peeled for any nesting birds. Thankfully none where hidden in the ivy, so works where completed successfully.

Bit of a makeover between the Coach and Horses doctors surgery StClears and this footpath and road to a block of houses. Four Ash trees with varying degrees of Ash die back. All made safe for pedestrians, road users and the doctors surgery. Thanks to the Coach and Horses for their patience, also to Woody French for his hard work.

Massive shout out and huge thanks for the best customers of 2023 so far, well best ones I've ever had. Milo's very own legends Alice and Trevor Davies. Butchers bacon and egg sarnies every morning cooked to perfection with coffee and today a perfect Victoria sponge, topped off with a delicious bottle of red, currently going down a treat. Lush to be appreciated. I appreciate you too.

I have had an awesome but tough week doing a bit of through in for the lovely . My only regret is wishing I owned a . Although my guns are now massive thanks to using my all day long 🤣Probably the toughest forestry work I've ever done. Great care was taken to ensure retaining trees and trees housing Bats remained untouched, whilst performing a substantial thinning of mixed sized and species of hardwood and softwood.
I was lucky enough to meet Flyn and watch him carry out some long and technical pulls. What a handsome gent he was and a great team he and James are. Fantastic team working for a great Lady. Cheers guys.
