How blessed am I to love my work? starting 2026 using Technique for very different individuals with very different issues.
For one a few tears and a big hug on his way out for helping him relax more than he had for many years; for another a smile and an easier walk after a sciatic pain that had stopped routine activities and having her kids put her socks on for her; another with an improvement in neck movement that will allow him to drive so much easier, safer and with more comfort and another with debilitating anxiety and panic attacks. Many would think that this level of anxiety cannot be helped by hands-on therapies, but it can for many people. It can also be useful to combine physical and psychological therapies.

This coming month is Allergy testing month at Every Body’s Better - watch out for daily post about how I use muscle testing techniques to identify and help with allergies and sensitivities to food and other substances.

Similar to kinesiology testing, I learnt this specific technique from an amazing practitioner and teacher called André Dückers from the Netherlands. His technique is called Energetic Structural Balance and the allergy work is just a small part of what he teaches. I will be continuing my learning journey with him this year in July and in October. Looking forward to it already.

The great thing is that his techniques integrate so well with my existing EMMETT work - all done through clothing in a gentle nurturing way.
