Monday- Beginners Vinyasa & Int Vinyasa
Tuesday - Online 9:30am
Wednesday- Gentle yoga
Thursday - Online 9:30am
Friday- Yin yoga
Saturday - Workshops I am a qualified yoga teacher and deeply care that yoga should be about how it feels and not how it looks, to use movement as a way to come home to the body. I started teaching yoga whilst travelling abroad, gained my 200 hour YTT and yin yoga certificate and set up in Llandeilo to offer yoga to the community. Yoga is more than just a physical exercise, it is a transformative practice that integrates body, mind and spirit to arrive at deeper levels of relaxation and awareness. I offer Vinyassa, Gentle and Yin yoga in Llandeilo, Carmathenshire and each of my classes include philosophy, asana (movement), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation for a holistic movement practice. UPDATE TONIGHT’S GENTLE CLASS:
No class today due to high number of cancellations and snow and ice on the roads. This class will be moved to the end of the block (18th February). I’ll send out a video by 6pm to everyone booked in so you can still practice at home if you’d like to. Please let friends know. Stay warm 🧡

UPDATE TONIGHT’S CLASS:
Hi everyone, with so many cancellations, and with it still feeling a little hairy on the roads, I've made the decision to cancel tonight's power yoga class and tack it onto the end of the block (16th February). I'll send out a pre-recorded session video by 6pm so you can still practice at home if you'd like to. If you come along with friends please let them know so no-one is waiting outside in the cold! Take care and stay warm. Looking forward to practising with you soon! x

TIME CHANGE
Intermediate Power Yoga will start at 7:15pm (not 7:30pm) from the next block. All other classes stay the same.

NEXT CLASS IN OUR ONE OFF SERIES: Winter Solstice, rest and restore. 🕯️

A deeply restful practice combining breath work, meditation, gentle movement and yin yoga. This session is designed to soothe the nervous system amidst the busy festive period and ease the transition into the new year.

After class enjoy homemade treats and warming drinks as we take time to reflect on the year gone by and set intentions for the one ahead.

Next Wednesday at 7:30pm we have the third in our series of one off classes. The class is called 'Mobility Mastery' and is designed to increase mobility in the shoulders and hips, helping you build a strong, supple body. Expect to stretch and strengthen hip flexors, glutes and inner thighs as well as mobilise shoulder joints with gentle rotations and reaches.
