Equine-Assisted Reiki ✨🐴

In this session, Faith stood quietly beside my client and took a moment to tune in to what was needed.
She then communicated with me through her body language — gently pointing with her muzzle to show where the deeper tension was held.

Once she’d shared the message, Faith stayed by us and held space while I directed the healing exactly where it was needed.

Ever feel like your horse is carrying more than just their own weight? 🐎💫

Sometimes, what shows up in your horse — tension, anxiety, disconnection — is quietly echoing something in you.

Our Equine Reiki + Communication sessions go deeper than energy healing. We tune into your horse’s physical and emotional state and the unspoken bond between you. Often, we discover your horse is mirroring your own stress, grief, or uncertainty.

These sessions can be done for the horse alone or together with you — especially when the healing needs to happen on both ends of the lead rope.

It’s gentle. It's powerful. It’s a sacred space where things start to shift.

🙌🏻We had a busy day in Ebbw Vale this week.
We worked with 4 horses (3 clients) and each of them was completely different.

🧡First - an ex-racer who had been asked do to so much in his "career” that it overwhelmed him and left emotional scars. A gentle but troubled boy who’s constantly seeking release. Emotionally, physically and mentally. He also has a history of bad ulcers which explains his underactive solar plexus (responsible for confidence, feeling secure and worry free). He was very open to healing and communication. This was another one of those cases in which both the owner and the horse need healing together.

💜Second - a yearling, a young and confused boy with an internal disconnect. Very expressive and very bold. He did not understand boundaries and direction and kept looking for structure. When we translated the information given to us from him the owner was able to take it all. His behaviour was a reflection of the owner’s personal struggle with saying no, and setting boundaries in daily life. These two will learn so much from each other and we can’t wait for updates.

🧡Third - a beautiful mare with many physical issues. She was not very open to communicate much but she absorbed the healing energy instantly, guiding us to where it was needed most.
She was a great example of a "perfect” pony that never caused a fuss. But really… she has internalised and carried the whole emotional load throughout life and never got to open up to express and release. In this case her trapped emotions where literally "eating her” from inside out and causing so much unexplained illness.
She’s in great hands now with an owner that wants her to feel safe and show her true self during the time she has left.

💜And last but not least - a shy and slightly anxious mare who won’t let anyone in easily. She has some trust issues and is very protective. She’s been with her owner for many years and due to the connection they have, she’s an increadible mirror to her owners emotions and experiences. These two also will benefit from healing sessions together to release what they both carry for each other and deepen their bond and mutual understanding.

We had an amazing day and we are very grateful for our clients’ trust and open mind 🙏 Thank You!

Yesterday, we had the honour of holding space for a deeply moving horse-human session—a beautiful reminder of how intelligent, intuitive, and healing our equine companions truly are. 🐴💛

This wasn’t “just Reiki.” It was a conversation—energetic, emotional, and unspoken—between a horse, their human, and the space between them.

The horse led the way, responding to subtle shifts in energy, and guiding the flow of the session with incredible sensitivity. Their body language said everything—when to pause, when to release, when to soften. And the human? Gently opened, dropped from the mind to the heart, and let the stillness in. 🕊️
