Come join me at the private studio at Stables Wellbeing Centre 5.30-7pm
A deeply relaxing Yoga practice, using time in supported asanas (positions) and breathwork to reconnect with your mind to body and soul. This practice will help your body go into a state of 'rest and digest' and to let go of tension held in the body. Tranquil setting and music, aromatherapy salt lamps to complete the sensory relaxation.
Bolsters, mat, blocks and blankets provided for.
Oracle card reading for March and heart opening meditation.
This time, each will be given your own heart chakra balancing crystal to use during the session and to take home with you.
9 spaces available
Exchange is £20pp
Plenty of easy parking onsite.
Please arrive 10mins prior to start time to pick your herbal tea, and set up your space.
Optional - bring your journal/note pad to jot down your thoughts throughout the practice. Wear comfortable non restrictive clothing. Bring a water bottle.
Also, feel free to bring your own mat and other equipment, your favourite blanket and pillow, fluffy socks etc...

February for me is going to be about having more joy in my day to day life. To choose what's fun and playful, to put myself out there and just try out things I've wanted to do. Yes, this will mean getting out of my comfort zone, but it'll also mean growing as a person, in my own self worth.

Pop up non-profit Creative event for us all.

5th March - Tues 12-4.30pm
Artifical Spring Wreath making workshop +  Afternoon tea at Stables Wellbeing Centre.

Perfect for a Mother's day gift, the day itself - spending some quality time together or creating the wreath for the gift. A gift perhaps just for yourself.
Come along solo, with Mum in tow or with friends.
Maximum 12 spaces available.
This is a non-profit Your Thrive Tribe event.
Having a special price of
£65pp instead of £95pp
All inclusive 🙌  that's all materials provided for the workshop, the wreath you create, the afternoon tea, and all refreshments.
Itinerary:
Refreshments on arrival 12pm
Wreath making workshop, take home what you create 🤩 feel free to bring anything in particular that you'd like to incorporate into your wreath.
Note: Wreath can be made into a table top centre piece, if no where to hang a wreath/what something a bit different.

2.30pm Afternoon tea, will be a scrumptiously sumptuous full spread vegetarian afternoon tea. All freshly baked, and prepared by Karen the private chef.

Get creative, have a natter, enjoy some freshly baked goods 😋 and leave feeling Soul-FULL.

Karen is the chef and Florist, we are so fortunate to have her as part of our team at Stables Wellbeing. Karen is happy to run workshops throughout the year. Keep posted on more pop events with Karen!

Our first Ladies Day together! Gemma - Your
Thrive Tribe and Shannon - Female Hikes & Trails brings you Coastal Ladies Day Out! 🙌😃
We are fellow anxious gals getting out and doing it anyway! If you struggle with social anxiety, perhaps feel a bit awkward and shy, maybe a bit of a goofball, and have felt you don't quite fit in, or simply want to meet new friends. This is perfect for you!
So come join us this February 11th.
At Oxwich Bay Beach.
12noon to 6pm
Exchange is £45pp

Start with meeting at the café by the car park at 11.30am, and after a brief run down of the day ahead and a welcome to all, we'll start with a circular moderately challenging walk. There are steps leading up a good incline, the distance is 7.4km. Good mobility and a reasonable fitness/be a keen walker or simply want the challenge is advised. The walk will be a steady pace, with stops to take in the views.
Followed by a break in the café, have a hot drink and get ready for the sauna, sea dip, and Tai chi Energise. Think Fire and Ice, your Yin and Yang energy!
Beginner Tai chi to Energise, you'll stoke your internal fire, ready for the first sea dip (optional of course) and then into the sauna. Breathwork to aid your breathing whilst you enter the cold waters. There are many benefits of cold and hot emersion, Boosts the immune system.
Reduces swelling and inflammation.
Improves mood, you'll get a release of endorphins and dopamine!
The sauna is booked for 5pm for 55mins.

Finish the day watching the sunset, and depart when ready from 6pm.
Note: Sunset from 5.22pm on this day.
On booking your space, you'll receive a list of what to bring 😊 be added to the private group WhatsApp, and there will be a link for a digital health form to fill in.

Reconnect Day Retreat
Come join me on a day to reconnect with nature and yourself.

Date: 28th January
Time: 11-5pm

11am Arrival + refreshments, settle in at the centre surrounded within nature.
11.30am Restorative Pilates - a flowing style of Pilates that allows beginners and up, to mobilise the body, increase blood flow, stimulate the lymphatic system which - boosts your immune system. Stretch out, loosen up and awaken the body gently. Mindfully move with your breath, improve spinal and joint health. Strengthen and improve your stability.
Finishing the session with a cleansing Visualisation.
1pm Lunch. Enjoy a nourishing homecooked plant based meal, sat around all together to enjoy the food and natter.
Heading down to the round house at around 2pm where we'll Journal and self reflect.
The prompts will aid you in - Self discovery. Followed with a mindfulness stroll around the land (optional barefoot, for deep grounding).
You'll have the opportunity to pull a card from a choice of Oracle cards, to aid you in some clarification on a question you may have or for general guidance.
4pm T'ai chi and standing yoga flow outdoors (weather permitting) whilst we watch the Sunset.
From 5pm time to depart, or stay awhile after to sit out under the stars.
£65pp All inclusive. Maximum 10

Pilates ,Yoga, Tai chi practice throughout the retreat day is suitable for beginners up. Mats, bolsters, blocks, cushions and blankets provided.

On booking your space, you'll receive a list of what to bring on the day there will be a Health form to fill in. Please message to inform me on any Food Intolerances.
The food will be Vegan and gluten free.
