What an incredible evening we had at the Great British Care Awards in Cardiff to celebrate the Wales Region finalists! 🇬🇧✨ It was a wonderful celebration of dedication, compassion and excellence within the care community, and we were so proud to see our Ashberry Healthcare team represented amongst so many inspiring professionals. 🌟👏

A special mention to Dawn, who was nominated for the Ancillary Worker Award - while she didn’t take home the trophy, we had such a wonderful time celebrating together! 💐 Being part of this prestigious event is an achievement in itself and truly reflects the hard work, teamwork and kindness shown every day across our homes. 💛

Our home was filled with reflection and remembrance as we gathered for our Remembrance Sunday service. 🇬🇧🌺 Residents and staff came together to honour and remember those who served, with beautiful decorations and displays created around the home to mark the occasion. ❤️✨ It was a touching tribute and a special time for everyone to pause, reflect and give thanks. 🙏

Our residents enjoyed our very first Avon party with wonderful hosts Angela and Carrie! 💅💄 It was a fabulous afternoon filled with fun, hand massages, beauty tips and freshly painted nails. Everyone had such a lovely time... we’ll definitely be inviting them back again soon! 💖

Photography Students Needed!

We’re looking for passionate photography students who’d like to gain hands-on experience and capture some fantastic moments at our annual staff awards evening for Allt Y Mynydd Nursing Home and Blaenos House.

We’re looking for someone to capture candid moments, staff receiving awards and the celebratory atmosphere of the evening. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain real event photography experience and expand your portfolio.
