Job summary:

To Receive, assist and signpost patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person, via the telephone or over digital tools.

Hay Fever season is officially here!🌾🌷

Lakeside Pharmacy offers free advice and (if necessary) treatment for hay fever, as part of the NHS Common Ailments Scheme.

There’s no need for a prescription or to see a GP. So come in and see us today or give us a call for more information.

Kits now available at Lakeside pharmacy to collect. Located in a discreet area for self selection

📢The practice will be closed on Tuesday 1st July 2025 from 12:00 for training as part of the protected learning time organised by Powys Teaching Health Board.

Should you need medical help between the hours of 12pm-6pm please telephone 01743 455364. After 6pm you should call 111.

The pharmacies will remain open and can offer you advice and medication for common ailments.

The minor injuries unit will be open at Llandrindod hospital.

As always, in an emergency please dial 999.

Our Youth Cafe for 11 to 14 year olds will be held on Tuesday 1st July at the Lakeside Cafe from 3:45 to 5:45. If you or someone you know would like to attend, to join in or just hang out, feel free to come along. You will get a free milkshake and there is food available too! As ever we would like to thank BBC Children in Need & Tesco in Llandrindod Wells for their support.
