Dedicated hard working and selfless volunteers! Lets celebrate them! We are so proud of all of our volunteers past and present. We have so many wonderful women in our team that support the service to thrive in so many ways, this includes running 12 peer supports monthly, organising and successfully pulling off several fundraisers a year, as well as continuing to get out in the community to spread awareness of mental health and encouraging mums to join our 7 week course then join in with our lovely community of mothers.

Some of our Mums were fortunate enough to be offered a great experience with Llandrindod Wells Foodbank and Jayne's Flowers Studio, everyone came out feeling grateful and pleased to add something bright to their homes while it's so grey and cold out.
