✨ Free Visibility Talk ✨

You have the qualifications.
You know you are good at what you do.
And now you are being told you need to be visible.

Talk about what you do.
And instead of excitement, you might feel fear, judgement, overwhelm, resistance, anger, confusion, or a sense of being lost.
Visibility does not land the same way for everybody.
And it does not look the same for everybody either.
For some, visibility is speaking clearly about their work.
For others, even saying it out loud feels like too much.
On Tuesday 4th February at 7pm, I am offering a free 30 to 45 minute talk where I will share my own journey with visibility, how I got to where I am, and why visibility can feel so different depending on your experiences, nervous system, and inner world.
This is not about pushing yourself or forcing confidence.
It is about understanding what is really going on underneath and finding a way forward that feels safer and more sustainable.

💪VAPESLAYER💪
Loud and proud
Someone questioned the term VapeSlayer today.
And honestly… it threw me for a moment.
Especially coming from someone who doesn’t even v**e.

But then I sat with it.
And I realised something important:

When you break a pattern that has owned you for years…
you don’t feel gentle.
You feel invincible.

You feel like you’ve climbed a mountain in the rain,
wrestled a cave full of bears,
and walked out with them as friends.
You feel like you’ve reclaimed a part of yourself you forgot existed.

Why would I ever want to make that moment small?

Because here’s the truth:
If we tiptoe… if we stay “soft”…
the tomorrow mentality slips in.
“Yeah, I’ll quit tomorrow.”
“I’ll try again next week.”
And suddenly nothing changes.

I’m not here for lukewarm transformation.
I’m here for the version of you who RISES.
The version who feels her power come back online.
The version who remembers she can do absolutely anything.
