A reminder of Meraki's booking policies 😃
Reminder Policies: For all hair & beauty treatments
● Late Cancellations:
I resectfully ask for 24 hours notice minimum.
After that we require a 50 % late cancelation fee for that missed service. As this isn't given us enough notice to fill that space.
● No Show Clients:
Clients who NO SHOW with no communication.
Will be required to pay a rebooking fee of 100% of that missed service and will need to pre-pay for any future appointments.
● Late Clients:
Clients who are late may possibly need to reschedule or forgo some of the services
ie: blow dry/style and will be charged full price of amount that was scheduled.
● Booking Fees:
All new clients booking any appointment over 30 mins will be required to put 50% towards their appointment as a booking fee to secure the appointment. This is not refundable or transferable unless an emergency. This shows your committed to your appointment.
● All Fees:
All fees (Late cancellations, Late clients fees, booking fees must be paid before any future appointments will be bookable.

Please respect our rules like we respect you, If we ask a new client for a deposit to book. Don't be alarmed its so we know your committed to come and we're not in work wasting a space someone else could of had. We all have bills to pay and families to feed. we love our job, but we cant work for free. Just as im sure you couldn't.
