This is the same toe. The nail had been traumatised resulting in this growth pattern. The nail had been growing away for a long time. The nail was detached from the nail bed hence the drastic reduction. The last picture is almost one year later. Nail is almost back to pre trauma stage. ITREAT FEET. This nail had been damaged a long time ago. It was thick and detached from the nail bed but was causing discomfort. Patient couldn’t cut it. I took away all the detached nail and thinned down what was left. No more discomfort no more ugly nail.
