Lonfa surgery will temporarily be running out of West Shore Surgery until we have rectified a few problems, hopefully normal service will resume by the close of business on Monday. Thank you to everyone for their patience.

Ongoing water outage:
Unfortunately Lonfa, West Shore and Glan Conwy surgeries are still without running water. Because of this all appointments with the doctor/clinician will be phone calls today. Please only ring if you have an urgent call. Thank you

This would allow practices to employ more staff provide sustainable services,improve premises,help recruit,retain and help self wellbeing as well as allowing pay uplifts that rewarded staff and kept up with inflation.

How to Register:
To register with our surgery, please approach the reception team. They will provide you with a registration form.
Appointment Information
Our appointments - whilst it is impossible to have an appointment system which suits everyone, we feel that our current system provides patients with the flexibility to see a clinician of their choice wherever possible, and our aim is to ensure that patients who contact the surgery with an urgent medical problem will be seen on the same day.
*Urgent appointments are available for booking from 8am.
*Routine pre bookable appointments are available to pre-book up to 6 weeks in advance. If you require a routine appointment, please contact reception and they will be happy to book the earliest appointment available for you.
*Telephone Advice if you wish to speak to a doctor by telephone, please contact the surgery before 11am in the morning, the reception team will ask for a brief reason and put you on the list.
However, a doctor is unlikely to respond to any telephone message until approximately lunchtime/early afternoon depending on their workload.
Sick Children we try our very best to see unwell children as soon as possible.
Home Visits please contact the surgery before 11am and the reception team will put you on the list. However, the clinician may call you first to see if it's something that can be dealt with over the telephone. Home visits are routinely carried out at the end of morning surgery.
Non urgent enquiries can also be emailed into the surgery on the email address econsult.w94622@wales.nhs.uk
When the surgery is closed: your call will be answered or a message giving the out of hours service. They will require your name, address and telephone number.
Out Of Hours is defined as from 6:30pm to 8:00am on weekdays plus all day and night on Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
The Out of Hours number is 111.

Vaccinations available for ages 12+ for the 1st, 2nd and booster.
Drop in between 10am -12 midday or book online.
