Frozen Shoulder causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder overtime compete function/movement halts.

Stage 1: FREEZING increased pain, loss of range
Stage 2: FROZEN pain improves, stiffness remains
Stage 3: THAWING motion slowly returns
It's one of the most debilitating diagnoses for patients taking up to 3 years to resolve.

PHYSIOTHERAPY focuses on shoulder flexibility is main recommendation and is really rewarding to treat as the patient gets really good improvement in a short amount of time.
