🦎 We are offering the opportunity for people to join us on a Mindful Walk on Thursday 25th July.
Led by experienced mountain leaders it is a chance for anyone to get into the outdoors and experience the peaceful surroundings that the mountains can offer.
Run in partnership with our mental health initiative Gecko House we are asking for donation contributions to support this side of the work we do. We don't want a financial barrier to put people off from joining us. All donations can be made confidentially. DM to register or email climb@boathouseclimbingcentre.co.uk

We are starting to share well being sessions for people from across our communities. Please share onwards to have the maximum reach 🥰

Dance for Parkinson's session are back from the 16th January!

If you or someone you know if living with Parkinson's there is a warm welcome for you at the classes. Sessions include movement exercises to alleviate symptoms, live harp music, and time for a chat and a cuppa.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Andy from Boathouse Climbing Centre will be chatting about Gecko House, its mental health initiative which not only challenges physical limits but also empowers mental well-being. Make sure you tune in at 11am.

Come along to Gecko House, Boathouse Climbing Centre's mental health initiative on a Friday 19:00-21:00. qualified mental heath first aid staff and instructors are on site providing help and guidance to anyone who feels they need support in a friendly and confidential environment.

Also a big thanks to Sophrology Wales for running a Sophrology workshop, it was positive to see everyone joining in and enjoying to learn about Sophrology.
