Sadly .. yet again, and all too often these days, someone else has decided that the only way to end the internal turmoil that they are silently dealing with was to end their own life.

Saw a client 6 months ago for a fear of MRI scanners. On previous occasions he refused to get into the scanner and on the last occasion he got in and had to be removed as it was switched on because he was freaking out. He was due another scan a week after seeing me, but his appointment was cancelled on different occasions. He finally had the scan yesterday and reported back to me that he sailed through it, it was a breeze with no anxiety before or during and as he has many more scans due, his appointment 6 months ago was money well spent. Get the basics right and the results will last.
