My previous workplaces were in Cyprus, at the Elias Beach Hotel Serenity Spa in Limassol; in the United Arab Emirates, at the Sheraton Resort and Towers Abu Dhabi; and in the United Kingdom, at Llandudno, Bodysgallen Hall and Spa (formerly known as Mia). I've been fortunate to have been trained and certified in advanced facial and body techniques, spa treatments, during my 17 years in some of the best skincare product brands, like:
Premier by the Dead Sea, Premier, Germaine de Capuccini, Thalgo, Decleor, Fleur's, Phytomer, Darphin, Provence Cosmetic, Bioslimming Paris, Aromatherapy Associates. Specialized in:

Remedial massage assessments and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain, and injury management. Reiki, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, reflexology, manual lymphatic massage, and other various holistic treatments. Qualification and Certification:

PHOTOTHERAPY with Dermalux Flex MD LED therapy.

Boost Hydration; The red (633nm) and near-infrared (830nm) lights boost collagen and elastin production and significantly increase hydration levels in the skin, plumper and smoother appearance.

Boost Blood Circulation; light therapy accelerates cell renewal and repair by stimulating the synthesis of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), which in turn improves blood flow and oxygenation to the skin tissue.

Skin firm and tone; stimulation of collagen and elastin synthesis helps firm and tone the skin, which can contribute to a subtle "contoured" or lifted appearance, after just one session of 30 min.

🌿 A Beautiful Gift for Maggie’s North Wales 🌿

I’m absolutely thrilled to share something truly special.

The wonderfully talented Joanne McNaughton — a celebrated make-up designer and artist — has kindly donated one of her exquisite oil paintings in support of Maggie’s North Wales.

Joanne’s creative career is nothing short of remarkable. She has worked with BBC, Channel 4, RTÉ, Sky, Starz, and Netflix, contributing her artistry to productions such as Counsel, Red Rock, and Malory Towers. Her incredible skill has also graced some of the world’s most loved shows, including Game of Thrones, Outlander, Vikings, The Witcher, Downton Abbey, Bridgerton, and Bad Wolf’s Doctor Who franchise.

I have long admired Joanne’s paintings and wanted a special view of North Wales for our Maggie’s North raffle. Joanne so kindly offered to create something unique — transforming a photograph I took during a beach walk in Llandudno into a breathtaking oil painting.

With her signature magic, Joanne’s brushes and oils brought the photograph to life — turning a simple seaside moment into a beautiful act of kindness and art.

I’m so looking forward to receiving the painting this week before it finds its new home at Maggie’s North as one of our special raffle prizes.

A heartfelt thank you to Joanne for her generosity, creativity, and for capturing the true spirit and beauty of North Wales. 🎨💛🌊

I wish to offer my skills in order to improve your quality of life and to make you understand that IT’S A MUST to have a Body&Mind relaxation at list one time per month !

My session start always with a conversation, finding out why you’ve come for the treatment,what you hope to get out of it and what are your medical history if there are any. I am also looking for emotional and mental factors In the end all those will help me to decide of what kind of treatment you will benefit more .
