This is Kieran 🤗 He's just 23 years old and a lorry driver. But his mum always told him to be "the best person he can be". So when he spotted a desperate man standing on a bridge over the M1, he knew he had to act. As the man repeatedly tried to climb over the barrier, Kieran clung to his chest until the police arrived.
