Swapped the tub for the sea today 🥵 🥜

Nearly three years of cold water, connection, and coffee.

What started as a few brave blokes in freezing water has grown into a movement.

Over that time, we’ve supported hundreds of men, building resilience, breaking stigma, and backing each other.

Now the water’s warming up, so we’re moving back inside for the summer.

Join us at .7 in the Myochill tubs, starting this Sunday at 9:15am.

Same mission. Same crew.

Their support for the Young Person Crisis Prevention Café is truly incredible. Here’s how they’re making a difference:

We joined the charity dip for Go Red for Heart Month, raising money for the British Heart Foundation. The lads showed their generosity by giving up their free coffees, donating £2 per dipper instead—raising around £40 in total!

Supporting the community that supports us is what we’re all about. 💙

This year, we’re proud to partner with Llanelli Mind as our Charity of the Year. Our goal is to raise £5000 to support vital mental health services that make a real difference here in Llanelli.

Many of our team members are taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon for Mind this October, and we’ve got exciting fundraising events planned throughout the year to help us reach our target.

This week in Llanelli we tragically lost a young male life, and for FrozenNutz, it brought home exactly why our group exists.

As a mark of respect, we held a silent dip—no chatting, no banter, just a chance to reflect on the harsh realities so many young men face.

Today’s dip felt heavier than usual—maybe a metaphor for life itself. When you don’t talk, everything feels harder.

If you’re reading this and struggling, please know you’re not alone. You don’t have to join a cold dip—we’ve got a group of lads who are here to listen and support you.

Don’t suffer in silence.
