💠Some moments remind me exactly why I am here for…

After her session, I noticed tears in her eyes. I gently gave her a tissue and a hug. She held on tightly and simply said “thank you so much “ In that moment, I could feel it … the release of something she had been holding onto for so long.

Those weren’t tears of pain… they were tears of relief, of happiness, of finally feeling better.

Seeing someone walk in carrying discomfort and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and renewed is truly everything. 🙏💙

💠This morning I had the pleasure of supporting Zero Alpha Fitness at their HYROX simulation event.

I was there from 9am–12pm offering free massage, and it was honestly so lovely to see everyone pushing themselves, showing up, and giving it their all. You’re all amazing!

It’s always such a great feeling being surrounded by such a supportive and positive gym community too. Thank you so much for having me. 🙏

💠I’ll be supporting Zero Alpha Fitness this Sunday (19th April) at their HYROX Simulation from 9am–12pm 💪

I’ll be offering FREE 5–10 minute massages to help keep your body moving, especially your legs. So you can get the most out of the event and recover faster.

You’ll find me set up in a gazebo outside by the car park, so feel free to pop over anytime for a quick reset!

Also an incredible Breakhouse72 will be there to sell her gooddies too.

💠 Just completed my Advanced Dry Needling and Electro Needling course!

What an incredible experience, both challenging and rewarding.

This training has deepened my understanding and enhanced my skills, allowing me to better support my clients on their recovery and wellness journeys.

I’m looking forward to putting these new techniques into practice and continuing to grow professionally.

This week I’ve seen a lot of clients coming in with back, neck, and shoulder pain. While many of us think it’s just from sitting at a desk all day, there’s often more to it…

One of the biggest contributors I’m seeing lately is phone use 📱

We spend hours looking down at our screens without even realising the strain it puts on our bodies.

Over time, that forward head position can lead to stiffness, tension, and ongoing discomfort in the neck and shoulders.

🔹Simple tip: Try bringing your phone up to eye level instead of dropping your head down to it. It might feel a bit strange at first, but your posture will thank you for it!

Small changes can make a big difference 👍
