After his 30 minute children’s massage session, he looked so relaxed and happy. He even asked his dad if next time he could have a 2 hour session instead of 30 minutes! That really made me smile.

It’s always wonderful to see such a sweet, happy face after a treatment.

💠Celebrating International Women’s Day in the best possible way today 💜

I had the privilege of watching an incredible women’s rugby match at Scarlets Stadium, and the atmosphere was amazing from start to finish. Even more special was seeing my daughter and her teammates from Sospans forming the Guard of Honour for Brython Thunder … such a proud moment!

Days like this show exactly why women’s sport matters so much. The passion, skill, and determination on display were inspiring for the next generation of players standing on that pitch today.

So proud of all the girls and women pushing the game forward. What an unforgettable day! 🏉💜

Watching you all from my back window this morning, running through the rain and fog, what incredible determination! It’s not the easiest weather, but you’re out there doing it and that’s amazing.

As a massage therapist, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing some of you recently to help get those legs race-ready. It’s always great to be a small part of your preparation.

💠I know many of you work during the week and only have the weekend free. I completely understand! I do work on Saturdays, but only for half a day, so spaces tend to fill up very quickly.

But don’t worry… there’s some good news!
In the next few weeks, my friend Michaline will be joining me to work on Saturdays as well, which means we’ll be able to offer more appointments.

We only advertised Thai Night at The Blue Anchor for 2 days and every single space for Saturday 4th April is now fully booked!

A massive thank you to everyone who booked so quickly. The support honestly means the world. I can’t wait to cook for you all and bring some incredible Thai flavours to the pub.

Kirianna will also do special Thai cocktails to go along with it too.
