💠 Another advice for this week after seeing you guys struggling with aching pain.
I did K-taping to a few of you yesterday and showed how to do it to yourself too.
Massage relaxes tight muscles, eases pain, and improves circulation — but when you go back to your routine activities like training, gym sessions, running etc. To prevent injury make sure you do enough warm up, keep doing stretches and K- tap is another option to help with that too.
