Did you know we now have TWO prescribing pharmacists in our branch? One 5 days a week and one 3 days a week.

Appointments available with our prescribing pharmacist. Please call if you are experiencing symptoms of:
Chest infection
UTI
Skin infection
Eczema
Ear infection
Sore throat
Sinus issues
Hayfever
and other minor ailments

Polite notice to patients:

As we have had to review our delivery service, due to the unsustainable amount of patients requesting delivery, if you have not pre booked an allocated delivery slot via the phone, then we will allocate a slot for you, where there is space. Please be aware that this may mean you will be waiting for up to 7 days for your delivery.
If you are unsure as to when your allocated slot is, then please feel free to ring on 01554 774038 so a staff member can let you know what delivery day you have been allocated to ensure you don't miss your delivery. There is a £2 charge in place for redelivery of any missed deliveries.

Reminder to patients that although the surgery ask for 48 hours to complete a prescription, we ask for a further 24 hours to complete the workload. We are finding a lot of patients are coming to collect their prescriptions before they are complete. If your prescription says processed on myhealthonline, this does not mean it is signed by a doctor and ready in the pharmacy. To help avoid a wasted journey, please sign up to our text service, to know when your prescription is ready to collect in the pharmacy.
