Our Story
The Twilight Sanctuary opened its’ doors on the 12th September 2019, operating from the MIND building in Llanelli town. The Twilight project is a collaboration between MIND, HAFAL and the Hywel Dda Health Board. The Twilight Sanctuary is a unique project which is open during the hours of 6pm to 2am Thursday to Sunday. We are here to support people through difficult times that they are facing. This can be anything from financial hardships, relationships issues, to anxiety, depression and other troubles that you face in day to day life - sometimes you just need to share a problem. We are able to support you over the phone, or invite you in for a cuppa and a chat. Whatever the cause for concern, we are here as a team to empower and support you to overcome your concerns and move forward. The service is free and confidential. Being out of hours makes the service more accessible to whose who are also working and find it difficult to find support around their daytime commitments.
