For mental health week, I’d like to share one of my favourite places in the world. I have just got back from singing with People Sing Up at a WI in Burry Port sharing the joy that we find in our choir. So many varied projects are happening here at Peoplespeakup so get in touch and discover a community of beautiful souls. It has helped me with my poems, creative writing, gave me support to release my memoir, the singing is uplifting, the staff are encouraging, friendly and wonderful. This space is sacred, safe and special.
