Hi, my name is Lowri

I have recently completed my integrated Masters degree in Osteopathy at Swansea University.
I have been a keen sportswoman from a very young age, competing at a range of different sports.
My own personal  background and the realisation of how injuries can often become inevitable, has provoked my interest in the treatment of injuries incurred through sport, together with the importance of preventative measures that we can take in order to avoid such injuries, through exercise, diet, sleep hygiene etc.
My objective is to support individuals through the administration of Osteopathic treatment, together with general lifestyle advice and exercise guidance.
 
I am here to offer Osteopathic treatment, Soft tissue and Myofascial Dry Cupping.

I am a fluent Welsh speaker and, if desired, could offer the service through the medium of Welsh.

I’m originally from Lancaster but have lived in Harrogate, London and travelled South America for 7 months but now have decided to reside in sunny South Wales after graduating in Masters of Osteopathy ‘22. - medical questionnaire
- general physical examination
