I was asked this week if my Magic Balm helps with chilblains…

And honestly, yes, it can.
Chilblains are painful, sore, inflamed and often linked to poor circulation.
Which is exactly the kind of thing this balm was made for.

It’s packed with nettles and dandelions to support circulation and skin repair, alongside calming and healing oils like helichrysum, lavender, copaiba, rosemary and frankincense.
It’s not about slapping it on and hoping for the best though.

Warm the area first.
Massage a small amount in gently.
Morning and night.
The warmth plus the massage helps bring blood flow back in, and the plants help calm the inflammation and support healing.

If the skin is broken or the chilblains are very severe, it’s supportive rather than an overnight miracle.
But for soothing pain, calming angry skin and helping things settle, it can make a real difference.

I’ve got some space this week to make up a few custom orders.

This time of year can leave people feeling a bit flat, heavy, unmotivated or emotionally wobbly, especially after the intensity of the festive period.
