Just letting customers know that Bradley is only doing one Saturday a month from today, he has very limited space in July and august so anyone that wants a Saturday appointment please be aware of this and give a call to arrange an appointment.

Yet again we have had another poor show clinic this morning with 5 out of 11 customers not turning up and not cancelling before hand. And yet again most of these appointments could have been filled with urgent appointment requests. Business is tough enough as it is at the moment but this is having a huge financial impact on my business.
Any appointments missed without prior cancellation will result in full payment being made up front before any future appointments can be made. Failing that no future appointments will be made.

Thank you to all my customers who do turn up or do cancel in a timely manner, thank you for your cooperation going forward.

Due to a high number of customers failing to attend their appointments without prior cancellation and the impact this has income I have no choice but to start charging the full fee of the appointment before any further appointments can be made, also the next appointment will have to be paid before securing the booking.
I have a number of customers waiting for cancellations which could easily go into these appointments if only they were cancelled in a timely manner.
