Today was spent in the beautiful National Botanical Gardens learning about outdoor counselling 🍁 it can take away a bit of pressure from clients having space to walk beside a counsellor, it can be so calming, relaxing and grounding. Outdoor working can bring in so much creativity and imagination and it’s definitely something I’m excited to explore more 🪷

✨Absolute magic✨ for the last week my eye has been red, inflamed, painful, uncomfortable and getting worse day on day. Last night I decided to practice what I preach I do a Belief Coding self facilitation. What came up for me blew my mind! All the stress I’ve been feeling over the last few weeks was showing up as a way for someone to notice I’m struggling. I haven’t been giving myself the time to take care of myself and this is how it’s shown. In less than 24 hours my eye is almost back to normal and I am determined to keep showing up for myself, giving myself compassion and pushing myself to do the uncomfortable things that help me heal 🪷
