Happy Monday! We're heading into a new chapter for the 5:30pm Hatha Flow class as Lowri steps in as your new instructor. Many of you will have met her before as she's covered quite a few sessions here over the last couple of years.
Lowri is a yoga and mindfulness teacher. She has spent time in Asia studying eastern philosophies and practices, deepening her understanding of how different traditions value and understand human flourishing.
Her main work is as a psychologist and her research examines how wellbeing can be integrated into governance and policy.
Join her on Mondays at 5:30pm for Hatha Flow Yoga ✨
