Celebrate my Reiki Offerings' first anniversary in business with an extended Chakra Healing session! 🌀🌈

I’ve been asked a few times to extend my Chakra Balancing Offering. Usually 30 minutes long, it can feel brief for those familiar with Reiki. So, as a little anniversary thank-you, I’m now offering a 45-minute version throughout May and the summer months.

Chakra Healing focuses exclusively on your primary chakras, unlike Wild Essence Reiki, which works across the whole body.With more time, each chakra is met more slowly,including your Earth and Soul Star chakras.

Gifting your energy the space to soften, release what’s been held, and return to a deeper, more authentic harmony.

Have you experienced one of our relaxing Sound Bathing & Meditative Storytelling gatherings?

There’s a couple of spaces left for this Friday evening.

We begin at 6:30pm with a gentle mindfulness wander in nature, guided by Jemma’s poetic, wild woman storytelling - easing you out of the stress of the week and back into your heart.

Kath will then carry you into deep rest with her crystal singing bowls, their vibrations washing through the body, and inviting a tranquil, full-bodied calm. This month, she’ll also be introducing the gentle rhythm of the rain stick...

I came across this caption that I wrote from a few years ago, which demonstrates just how deeply repetitive and cyclical our journeys can often be.

Here I am, four or five years older than I was when I first wrote those words. The experiences I am opening myself to have most certainly matured and evolved... but the mindfulness practice, and core message remains the same.

That growth is not linear, that new life often asks us to move through darkness, and what is meant for us will eventually bloom... but only in its own time.

As every wise energy healer comes to learn, self-healing must come first.

And so, from Saturday afternoon, I will be stepping into a long Easter pause...

returning to the land's embrace,
where I can soften, reconnect from the heart,
and quietly tend to symptoms that are currently flaring.

I'll continue to check in every couple of days, so 𝘮𝘺 𝘋𝘔𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘙𝘦𝘪𝘬𝘪 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 - there may just be a small delay in my replies in comparison to usual.

I'll be back at the Yoga House from April 9th. 🙏🏼
