Join us for our App Academy session that gives a total overview of Connect.
This includes how to post, comment and save posts, how to follow fellow members and WW coaches as well as overview of our Connect groups and in particular those connected to Live Events.

If you ever get overwhelmed or discouraged about being active—how to fit it in, what to do, or even where to start—we see you. Because so many of our members *are* you. Here’s what we tell them: Find ways to just move a little more every day.

While steps, strength training, and stretching will improve your weight health, they don’t have to look or feel a certain way. One study even showed that simply recognising everyday activity as activity helped people lose weight and lower blood pressure. So if nothing else, commit to that—think about how much you move now and find small ways to sneak in a little more.

At WeightWatchers, we want to normalise the conversation about menopause and provide a safe space for you to feel seen and heard.

This week, we're talking about vitamins and alternative therapies that we've used to help us during Menopause.

Join us on:
Sundays at 8pm
Tuesdays at 7pm

These Peer Group community workshops will be a space for you to join with a community of people who are experiencing menopause whether that be themselves or someone they support.

We will be making a delicious Italian-Style Hasselback Chicken, which serves 4. It is 8 points per serving. We'll also be discussing other glorious foods from around the world 🌎

⭐️Italian-Style Hasselback Chicken- Serves 4

Ingredients: 1/2x Tablespoon of Olive Oil or/and Calorie Controlled Spray, 4x Chicken Breasts, skinless, raw, 3x Cloves of Garlic, chopped, 4x Large Tomatoes, cut into 14 equal slices, 250gx Light Mozzarella, cut into 14 equal slices, 2x Tablespoons of Green Pesto, 300g of Green Beans.

⭐️ Equipment Required: 2x Roasting Tins, Sharp Knife, Small Pan and Oven.

Think about your career goals, family, relationships, hobbies, or anything else you work for that takes more than a minute to see results. Do things always go perfectly as you move from point A to point B, much less points C through Z?

Of course not, and progress isn’t that simple on a weight-health journey either; everyone deals with setbacks and missteps. And yes, our science team let us use the word “everyone” because it literally happens to us all.

Even if you know that, seeing the number on the scale go up can *still* be hard. But it doesn’t mean you need to be harder on yourself. Research shows striving for perfection can make you less likely to eat healthier and be active. It can leave you frustrated and keep you from pivoting when faced with a challenge. Instead, zoom out and remember the squiggly-line reality. Try to swap unhelpful and harsh thoughts for kinder ones. Think about what you might do differently next time…then keep going.

This event is open to all; whether you are thinking of returning, have just joined our community, are wanting a refresh or possibly have never been a member.
