A beautiful afternoon was spent in Bath Babies today, building up gentle sensory layers in the water for splishy splashy bathtime fun, followed by a post-bath tummy massage for wind and blocked up bottoms, and then all finishing off with a gorgeous postnatal guided relaxation, focusing on bonding with baby. Just dreamy 🥰😍

We had a lovely morning in Tinies today, adding a relaxing chest and arms massage to our baby massage routine, and enjoying lots of bonding moments and nurturing touch 🥰

If you’re looking for a mum-only weekly antenatal class that includes active birthing antenatal education, movement designed for pregnancy and gentle birth hypnosis, I’ve got you covered. All delivered by me, a qualified and experienced antenatal teacher (8 years of supporting and empowering women 💪 🦸‍♀️).

We had a cracking time in Cruisers this afternoon! Babies (and mummies!) worked up a sweat in our lively baby yoga routine for bigger babies. And we had a great time with all of our games, movement, storytime and sensory play.

🎃🎃 HALLOWEEN BABY CLASSES! 🎃🎃

Have I mentioned that the October term always finishes off with our Halloween class? Included in the price of the term, it’s probably my favourite class of the year, and I’m always blown away by the effort everyone makes. My favourite costume from over the years will always be the baby pimp 🤦‍♀️😂 (if you know you know! 😂😂) but I have to say that Chucky and Bride of Chucky came very close to taking the crown! What will this year bring?!
