Day 2 done and onto day 3 today of the wonderful Angelic Reiki 3&4 course.
It’s great to be back again with the wonderful Keeley and I have been super excited to be picking up new learnings in such a beautiful therapy taking it further and progressing, so grateful 🙏

Today was spent with the beautiful Keeley and Jen learning Angelic Reiki Level 3&4, I am super excited for the next 2 days too.

I did my Angelic 1&2 several years ago and became a Practitioner and then thought that was it, but then something changed recently and now I feel the time is right for my own spiritual learning again.

New Year, new business premises...🙏😍
I am super excited to let you know that I have now opened up at a new venue a treatment room in Hanover House, St Asaph

I am truly grateful for the opportunity that was sent to me to now finally take a little step back to concentrate on my wellness, healing, and spiritual development so I can be the best that I can be and keep bringing Holistic Therapies to my amazing clients.

I will be working at Hanover House, St Asaph on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and look forward to welcoming you...

Reiki 1 - Practitioner Diploma Gaia School of Natural Health
What a great way to finish off the year with my last Reiki 1 class of 2025, welcome class of November 2025.

We shared the space with learning all about the history of reiki, meditations, attunements, chair treatments and couch treatments. The 2 days were very special with such beautiful souls..

My next Gaia Reiki 1 class is in February at Ffynnon Flow Wellness its such a beautiful space and also watch out for some new projects coming up in 2026, exciting times xx🙏🙏

Fabulous day with some amazing students.

We had meditations, dancing, mantras and much more with lots of laughter it really was a day of learning but also fun, thank you to all the students who made the day amazing.

What an amazing 3 days of teaching Reiki 2 to these beautiful souls.

From teaching in the beautiful Ffynnon Flow Wellness venue to giving Reiki to the staff at Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice in Conwy it was truly magical.
