Ever tried walking meditation?

Walking meditation can be done indoors and outdoors. It’s a great way to slow down and connect with nature if you can take your practice outside.

How to Practice Walking Meditation:

If life feels busy or heavy, try this simple practice:

1. Choose a quiet path — a garden, hallway or any short walkway.
2. Stand still for a moment. Take a slow breath.
3. Walk gently and naturally. Feel each foot lift and touch the ground.
4. Match your steps with your breath.
Inhale for a step or two… exhale for a step or two.
5. Use a soft phrase (optional):
- Breathing in, I arrive.
- Breathing out, I am home.
6. When your mind wanders, just come back to your steps—no judgment.
7. Walk for 5–10 minutes. Let each step bring you back to yourself.

A small practice, a big shift.
One step, one breath, one moment at a time.
