A major refresh of the studio area in between clinics!
All ready for Be-Motion Therapy reformer sessions and Annie Williams’ Pilates classes.

There are a couple of afternoon or evening slots available for other classes. The space would suit yoga/tai chi/PT sessions of upto 8 people. DM me for more details.

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!!

I'm really pleased to announce that I've taken over the tenancy of what was Bank Health and Fitness. I'm really keen to explore opportunities for the use of this brilliant space. The studio offers a great area for classes and groups to exercise or meet.

If you are looking for a place to meet or a space to host an exercise/yoga/pilates/personal training/baby massage class etc then please message me.

All ideas considered.

Dav came as a client but has become a true mate. A truly awesome, humble, funny athlete and all round top bloke. He was cruelly involved in a hit and run incident on Saturday night. A page has been set up to help his family through this tough time.
