💫RESET💫- Sunday reset but to be honest feels like I also need a 2023 reset. The last 6 months have been a lot, so I’m taking the opportunity this week to reset my mindset, energy and schedule in some time for me, to reconnect. Just started by dousing the flat, the dog, myself and my Quartz Crystal Sound Bowl with Palo Santo and having a little spin on my Sound Bowl 🔮Reset, Revive, Refresh - Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

🌊Mindset - Recognising when I’m happiest, simply doing more of that. Beach, blue skies, fresh air, sun, time with friends, my dog, connecting👌🏻…Tyres don’t tend to bring me joy, but I’ll take this one.

Stop, look around & appreciate. Loving someone with dementia teaches you that living in the moment is what matters most, because when you can’t share memories & future plans are forgotten, you have no option but to appreciate where you are, who you’re with, what you’re doing.

It teaches you to be grateful for the opportunity to just be with that person. Love hard & appreciate every minute. Enjoy your Sunday 💛
