National Patient Experience Survey Results October 2025

Thank you to everyone who completed our patient survey and shared feedback. We were pleased to receive many kind comments about our team, as well as helpful suggestions that will help us improve our service.
In April 2025 we introduced online requests to help manage the high demand for appointments, prioritise urgent care, and direct patients to the most appropriate clinician or service. We recognise this change may not suit everyone, but we have been encouraged by the positive feedback received so far. Patients who are unable to use the online system are always welcome to contact the surgery, and our team will be happy to help. We remain committed to providing a welcoming and supportive service for all our patients.
