❄️ This morning isn’t finished yet — and we won’t stop until it is ❄️

While the snow continues to fall and road conditions remain difficult, our Mon Medics team has been out since early this morning, supporting our colleagues at Gofal Seibiant Care Ltd to reach top-priority domiciliary care visits.

These are the calls that can’t wait. Behind each one is someone depending on care to stay safe, comfortable, and well in their own home.

We’re only partway through the priority list — and we’ll keep going until every essential visit has been reached. Because for the people waiting, delays aren’t just inconvenient — they matter.

Huge respect to the carers and responders working through these conditions today. We’ll keep moving, whatever the weather. 💙

Deputy Manager – Domiciliary Care (Weekend Focus)

£32,000 pro rata | 30–37.5 hours | Thursday–Sunday | On-Call Included
We are recruiting a Deputy Manager to support the running of our established domiciliary care service, with a key focus on weekend operations.
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone with experience in domiciliary care who enjoys problem-solving, supporting staff, and keeping services running smoothly when it matters most.

The Role
Work Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Support daily operations, staffing, and care delivery
Act as senior operational lead during your working days
Participate in on-call on those days
Support care staff, handle issues, and ensure safe, compliant care

What We’re Looking For
Experience in domiciliary care (senior carer, coordinator, or management level)
Confident decision-maker, calm under pressure
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to be hands-on and responsive
Driving licence and access to a vehicle

What We Offer
£32,000 per year pro rata
30–37.5 hours per week
Clear, consistent working pattern
