Cerdyn C - Mae cynllun y Cerdyn C yn rhoi condomau am ddim i bobl ifanc 13 i 25 oed yng Ngogledd Cymru.

Mae'n wasanaeth cyfrinachol sydd hefyd yn cynnig gwybodaeth a chyngor wyneb i wyneb am iechyd rhywiol a pherthnasoedd gan aelod hyfforddedig o staff.

🌈 School Nurses Glenys & Jo spent the morning with Cwmni Addysg Rhyw updating their knowledge on C-Card and Test & Post kits! See below for further information

C-Card - The C-Card scheme gives out free condoms to young people aged 13 to 25 in North Wales.

It is a confidential service which also offers face to face information and advice about sexual health and relationships from a trained member of staff.

📮 Test & Post - Home Testing and Posting service for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) - again totally confidential service.

Many of your school nurses can provide you with these services! 👩🏼‍⚕️

💭 Another information day! A huge thank you to Elain Jones (Specialist School Nurse) and Rhea Pearson (Specialist Health Visitor) from the Children's Enhanced Service for organizing this informative day and to all the speakers who attended. Some of the school nurses and health visitors (and more) gained a lot of information about how to support ALN children. Thank you🌈

✏️ Ddoe, mynychodd rhai o'r nyrsys ysgol, nyrsys ymtaliaeth, a nyrsys plant mewn gofal ddiwrnod diweddaru llawn i glwad gan nifer o wasanaethau gwahanol. Diolch yn fawr iawn i Cynllun Gwên, Tîm Anhwylderau Bwyta CAMHS, a'r Seicilegwyr Addysg am fynychu. Diwrnod addysgiadol iawn i gefnogi plant a phobl ifanc Gwynedd a Môn⭐️

🖊️ Yesterday, some of the school nurses, continence nurses, and children looked after nurses attended a full day updated to hear from multiple different services. A huge thank you to Designed to Smile, CAMHS Eating Disorder Team, and the Educational Psychologists for attending. A very informative day to further support children and young people in Gwynedd and Môn⭐️
