We’re fired up and ready for another busy day of heat, cold dips, and all the good vibes! 🙌 Thank you for keeping us so wonderfully busy, we can’t wait to welcome you all today.

We’d also just like to say a huge thank you for all the support lately, we’re feeling incredibly grateful. The support from this wonderful Llangollen community has been amazing so far, and we truly appreciate you 💛

Just a reminder, we’re open tomorrow and also on Bank Holiday Monday 25th May 🙌

Weekend sunshine, sauna heat, and unbeatable views on the River Dee ☀️🔥🌊

From the front of STōKED SAWNA, we had the best seat in the house watching Whitewater Active and Bearded Men Adventures rafts cruising down the River Dee in the glorious sunshine. Adventure on the water, relaxation on the riverbank, the perfect weekend vibe.

Big shoutout to White Water Active & BMA for bringing the buzz to the Dee this weekend 🙌

What a weekend down at TNR Outdoors🔥

It’s been incredibly busy with in full swing, the whole place has been buzzing with energy, activity, and great vibes all weekend long. From the constant flow of visitors to everything happening around us, it’s been amazing to see so many people out enjoying the atmosphere & sunshine ☀️

Massive thanks to everyone who stopped by and made it such a fantastic weekend. We love being part of the action! DeeFest 🙌

What makes STōKED SAWNA so special? 🔥

It’s the setting. Tucked beside the River Dee, with real river access for that perfect hot–cold reset.

It’s the moments. Wildlife all around, the sound of the water, and the kind of calm you don’t find just anywhere… including the friendly llamas grazing in the field opposite 👀🦙

It’s the view. Castell Dinas Brân rising in the distance, adding a little extra magic to every session.

It’s the surprises. A steam train gliding past across the river, always makes you smile.

And more than anything, it’s the people. Our sauna hosts bring the warmth in every sense, good vibes, great energy, and a proper welcome every time.

Fire, fresh air, good company… that’s what it’s all about.
