ATHLETE KITCHEN T’s & C’s
As Athlete Kitchen continues to grow as a company, it’s essential that we establish the terms between ourselves and you as our client to ensure that you continue to receive the very best service, convenience, quality and results from us.
Whether you are an existing client, or considering joining, please take the time to read our T’s & C’s below.
- Our service is completely bespoke and unique to each client, and requires thorough preparation from us for your benefit. Therefore all new clients must be signed up and have submitted the requested information to us no later than Thursday in order to start on the upcoming Monday.
- Any new clients who join after Thursday will commence on the following week.
- For existing clients, any changes/amendments/cancellations to menus must be received to us via email no later than Friday for the upcoming week. You can make any changes wish, however we finalise our menus to the chefs no later than Friday. Any request received after this will not be processed until the following week.
- Payments are always to be made in advance.
- All invoices are required to be paid in full by each Saturday at the latest in order to receive your meals for the upcoming week.
- Delivery times are the delivery times. They are between 7-9am Monday - Friday and you will need to be able to receive your food either at home or at work during this period.
Delivery is not guaranteed to be at the same time each morning and will vary between 7-9am.
- Please be sure that if you do choose the delivery option you are able to meet these conditions.
- There are no exceptions to the delivery times - however do note that as we continue to expand our service in the future we will announce new delivery times and methods.
- Delivery is within the Cardiff area only at present.
- There is a free collection point from UFit Fitness (Trident Park, Glass Avenue, Cardiff) each morning. More collection points around Cardiff will be announced in due course.
- We are not a catering service. We’re a meal prep company. We pride ourselves on our results as equally as we do the quality of your meals. So when you join Athlete Kitchen we will ask you for vital information to create your macros, and we will only create meals for you based on the information you give us.
