So happy to be back at Fred's Yurts campsite at this year's Hay Festival!

The wonderful Hollie Owen Massage Therapy will be bringing her amazing massages back to our field at Hay. So after a day of inspiring talks, long walks, full minds and carrying books, step into a quiet space to unwind. Take time out from the pace of Hay Festival to rest and reset.
Hollie will be offering deep tissue and remedial massage with a holistic approach to release tension relive pain and restore balance to body and mind.
Perfect for tired feet, tight shoulders and busy minds.

A thing I am really passionate about is natural skin care and after working for Lush cosmetics for years I have gained knowledge on lots of natural ingredients that are amazing for our skin and can be made easily at home with things we use every day

Back in New Zealand me and my friends held workshops on how to make these easily at home! Here we were making an oil cleansing balm and a coffee body scrub

Hi everyone 👋 Now I am settled back in Mid-Wales I will be taking bookings in my lovely treatment room in Llanidloes, Great Oak Street

For anyone who hasn't experienced a treatment from me, I use deep tissue & remedial massage techniques to smooth out tight muscles and knots, releasing tension & easing pain. Big hello to everyone and to the new people that have given my page a like and sent a message ❤ Really great to see people are enquiring about booking a massage at this time and supporting small businesses.
Massage is such an important part of self care and caring for our bodies and I'm sure it's been hard on people not having their regular massages.

Just to to let you know I am having a break from work for a while and I am in New Zealand learning all about self sufficiency and permaculture!
But... I couldn't resist doing a few massages while I've been here...
