Llanidloes Bowen - Therapies With Grace I am a registered Bowen Practitioner with College of Bowen Studies, and live & work in Llanidloes.

Bowen Technique is a gentle therapy using small rolling moves with fingers & thumbs over the soft tissue to potentially create a signal to the brain, with short breaks which initiates the process of repair. This is a non invasive treatment which gives back to the body, Stability, Flexibility, Function and Movement.
