As a holistic health coach, I see every day how powerful women are when they reconnect with their bodies, listen to their intuition, and give themselves permission to prioritise their wellbeing. As a holistic health coach and weight loss mentor, one of the biggest misconceptions I see is that people think transformation comes from extremes.

Extreme dieting.
Extreme workouts.
Extreme restriction.
Extreme “starting over on Monday.”

But real, lasting health and weight loss come from balance. 🤍

Balance between:

🥗 Nourishing your body and enjoying your food

🏋🏽‍♀️ Moving with intention and allowing rest

💭 Discipline and self-compassion

🎯 Goals and gratitude for where you are right now

Your body thrives in balance.
Your hormones regulate in balance.
Your nervous system heals in balance.
Your mindset strengthens in balance.

When you stop punishing your body and start working with it, everything changes.

Sustainable health and weight loss isn’t about being perfect.

Long before modern science caught on, people knew this. In medieval times, foods like quince, dates, and elderflower were used to lift low moods, while lettuce and chicory were nature’s calming remedies.

Fast forward to today, and science now confirms what our ancestors instinctively understood that food can support (or sabotage) how we feel emotionally.
