❤️OMG! Never did I think a Scone would fit so seamlessly into Slimming World 🌎

BUT they are gorgeous and so easy to make......literally took 15 minutes from prep to airfried and on the plate.....I COULD have 8 yes EIGHT of mine.....for the same SWIPS as my other half's 3 🤣

Nearly 3 times as many, but I only managed 2!

❤️1.5 Stone in 6 Weeks!!! I am so pleased! 📚✒️PLANNING has been key in getting back on track, remembering all the foods I adored on my first Slimming World journey AND reminding myself that I haven't failed........I've lived.

✨️I lost 4st 5lbs in 26 Weeks and went on to lose almost 6 stone by week 32*

*Looking back to my first Slimming World Journey.
BUT....this time NOT with sadness or regret.

😢It can be only too normal to look back and think I've failed that I gained back my weight that I lost...and more!
I've done that......
And it is debilitating.💔

But I can UN DO it.

😇So I'm looking back with PRIDE, ENCOURAGEMENT and POSITIVITY that I'm still THAT person!
I can muster the STRENGTH, the DETERMINATION and the SUPPORT that I need to smash it again!.....I already am!

That support lies in my own Slimming World Groups with my awesome Members who care about me and an incredible Consultant, Colleague and Friend, Christopher Norman who just gets it and supports me just when I need it ........and even when I don't! 😉

"This Time" just feels different.
This time I start from experience, not from scratch 🥰

60% of adults in Wales are Overweight or Obese. A frightening statistic especially when the percentage of Children under the age of 8, with a BMI over 30, is rapidly increasing.
Something needs to be done.

We've reached out to Local Councillors, AM's, MP's....with VERY little response 😭

Weightloss support IS readily available, cost effective AND safe, but we feel we're on our own trying to reach the public. Try as we might, we need help to reach more.

Our groups are literally on your doorstep without waiting lists, extortionate costs or risks.

I'd love to show you want can be done with or without medication....EVERYONE is welcome.
Psychological Behaviour Change is the ONLY thing that works in weightloss.
Regardless of whether you use medication or not...THAT is what you need help with....let me help you!
